I am a cosmopolitan citizen, father of two girls 13 & 15 years old, who supports others who seek to grow. I am a well-being & sport performance coach, a yoga instructor and masso therapiste. I was a former CEO, professional athlete, international MC and sports coach, and today I empower individuals, teams or organisations to unleash their true potential.

I resided in 10 countries and visited 64 countries. Born on August 1st, 1972, in Abidjan, I moved to France at 12, and was out of school on my way to the USA at age 15 to be a professional water skier & coach. At 25, I was an international business man, at 33, I founded a publishing agency in Vietnam, and at 45, I became a well-being coach, and then a yoga instructor in India.
